Motor Actions in Football
Analysis and synthesis of complex structures of performance in sport games
MOTOR ACTIONS IN FOOTBALL
For a long time, football training in Germany has been based on improving areas of performance: Technique, Tactic and Fitness, which have been understood to be the fundamental areas of training. Since these areas of performance are used simultaneously in the game and in more complex forms, sport scientists have given more criticism to the approach of ‘Technique-Tactic-Fitness’.
This book highlights the problems that the traditional approach brings and transforms it on the basis of knowledge gained from motor skills in sport into a new approach for the explanation of the game.
